Hello,
A customer wants to use a USB camera following the USB Video Class (UVC) standard. There are linux utilities like V4L that support this functionality. See the following link :
https://docs.arducam.com/UVC-Camera/Quick-Start-Guide%28USB2%29/Linux/
Does the CtrlX Core include this support, or another way to access the USB camera? If not, can a customer develop an application that would allow them to use the USB port of the Core to read the data from a USB camera in some way?

Hello,
I suggest you to use a GigE or anyway an Ethernet based Camera. Usb camera can work but there is no official support-
