Hello,
I got following question about the NTP time sync on the ctrlX CORE: can the controller synchronize itself as an NTP client and then be available to others as an NTP server?
The system time of the ctrlX can be synchronized with a server via NTP. Can the participants in the private network then use the controller for their time synchronization?
Example:
company NTP server has IP 1.1.1.1 ; ctrlX CORE to outside: IP 1.1.1.2 ; to inside: 192.168.0.100
ctrlX synchronizes with 1.1.1.1 ; participant 192.168.0.1 (private network) synchronizes with 192.168.0.100.

Hi st_ctrlX_user,
the ctlX CORE cannot be a NTP server.
But it could act as an router and forward the ntp requests to the outside.
To secure it a bit more you could use firewall rules to block all other traffic.
