Inscrutable error when installing custom app

I uploaded a snap app I am writing from local storage into a ctrlx CORE. When I try to install it I get the following error:

Http failure response for /package-manager/api/v1/tasks: 0 Unknown Error

Can anybody give me some pointers to debug what the problem (and the fix) may be? I cannot pinpoint any relevant message in the logs.

maybe you can attach more details. What is the size of your snap?

Are you able to attach the complete log?

I fixed the installation problem. I was building the snap for core20, I changed that to core18 and now I am able to install the app.
