Hi ,
i have aqquired the license with the InlfuxDb App. So i upload the app as well as the license after activation of course in the license center. If i want to open the app it apperas that i do not have the license.
See screenshots please.
Can someone give me a hint please ?

Hi Christoph,
can you try a restart of the ctrlX CORE? Maybe this can already fix your issue.
Some other question: you are still using V1.18 of the InfluxDB App. This is a Early Adopter Version. So you should consider updating the base system (System Apps) and after that the Application Apps (e.g. InfluxDB) on your ctrlX CORE to the LTS Version V1.20.

It is solved. The date/time was not adjusted properly . My fault. Thanks anyway 🙂
