Would like to know what is the solution for old v1.2 ctrlX to upgrade to v2.0 and above? Because my customer would like to use the feature like synchronization and flexprofile.

For the installed system please follow the description available in the official online documentation:Instruction for the update to XCR-V-0202.3 / XCR-V-0202.4
Beware that there different licenses for the PLC app will be necessary. See ctrlX AUTOMATION - PLC for further information.
