Hi :

I just received a new CtrlX core X3, I want to update it to latest image version 01.20.4.

I've download new image file X3_Systemimage_01.20.4.zip, but I couldn't find out the tool in ctrlX AUTOMATION  Collaboration Rooms.

Can anyone kindly let me know where can I get rexroth-arch01-imageupdate.zip?

Your request is not quite clear.

The latest version of our system is 1.20.2 that can be found in the pre-release area of the collaboration. If you need access see FAQ for ctrlX STORE. Belonging to the main version are several parts like system apps (1.20.2), system image (1.12.4), application apps (1.20.2).

I saw a file called SystemImage X3 1.20.4 in the link you send to me.

I want to update the runtime, OS to the latest version, which file should I download and put into micro SD or USB memory?

And other question is from ctrlX CORE manual, it seems like a image update tool <rexroth-arch01-imageupdate.zip> is necessary, where can I get it?

If you open the file, iside there is a readme that explains you anything. Anyway you have to unzip anything and check that the content of your uSD should be the following in the end:

It's bettere if you download the 1.20.2 from official collaboration room and restore from that file.
