EtherCAT Topology Not Ok

Customer is using CtrlX Core Plus connecting to CtrlX Drive through EtherCAT as shown in picture. I did the scan device and add the drive through Ctrl IO engineering (ignoring the bus coupler of the CtrlX Core Plus). However it shows Topology Not OK.

I wonder if i miss out anything during setting up.

What was shown while scanning the EtherCAT? For the direct connected IOs there is an internal bus coupler that needs to be added to the fieldbus configuration as it as device that is always there and EtherCAT needs to have a complete configuration.

The drive is blue so it's in parametrisation or configuration mode, get in to operating mode and it might look different.
