Error when starting CtrlX after updating from CtrlX3 to CtrlX7

Hello,
When starting the CtrlX7, 2 faults are always displayed.

Error during automatic reallocation of the callables
Failed to create a callable
(extending programs) factory: "plc-sched-state", task: "" ("SCHED_E_INVALID_ARGUMENTS")

Failed to create a callable
The desired task is not available
task

After I delete the fault, I can start the PLC app normally again.
However, the errors appear again after I switch the system off and on again.

Sorry for the late reply. Lost track of this topic.

It seems that there is something wrong in your scheduler configuration. Could you tell us which system app version were used in the X3 and are used on the X7? And send us an export of your complete configuration (app data) or at least of your scheduler.

After a direct meeting we found that customer had unsupported app versions on the X7. After updating it works fine.
