Drive with integrated core but other EtherCAT master

Hi together,

can I use a Beckhoff PLC as EtherCAT master for a drive with integrated Core? Or does the drive stick to the integrated ctrlX Core master?

Background: We have a customer who ordered a XCS23 with integrated Core and now needs the integration into the Beckhoff world.

The drive with the integrated CORE gets its EtherCAT command values from the CORE only. You can't switch the communication to another EtherCAT master.

You could use a control to control communication like e. g. OPC UA.
