Hi all,
i have the issue, that my core stops maybe after some days and i am not able to check what is happend. I try to check the diagnostic log file, but after reboot i lost the data. So i set persistent option, but next time i will also lost the log file data. .
My System:
This is like a testsystem for us, e.g. the device bridge we testing. Maybe some licences are missing, but i do not now whith? After 0ne day running i have at the diganstic log 339141 log entries!!!v Maybe this is the problem.
The issue:
The CtrlX Core is red blinking, ping is possible, but i can not log in the web interface( i refresh all) and also the apps like PLC or Smart HMI is not useable. I think the system is stopped complete?!?

Hi,
this sounds like an issue the WEBIQ Server App had. This issue got fixed with the new release of this app 2.13. Could you update to this version?

i have today update the web iq server app to 2.13. version. I have a look, if it will be fix the issue

Hi all,
the update of the web iq app does not fix the issue. Now i update my system to Software release 1.18. and deinstall the app DeviceBridge.
I have a look if the problem will be fixed.
By the way i see that my core send a request(yellow warning) every 30s and every 10s also communicate with a other app. So i have after restart Core in the morning 341261 entrie in the logfile!

I updated to release 1.18 and remove the app DeviceBridge and after the problem was solved
