CtrlX Core and snapd application update error

Hello,

recently we receive ctrlX Core controller and I try to update all applications to latest version:

All applications update sucesfuly exept core and snapd. For them I receive this error:

What can be the solution for this situation.

I agree that it looks confusing to get an update offered and the process afterwards is denied. 
But with a different perspective it looks not faulty anymore - but still improveable. And it will come soon.

The online storage of the apps available for the online updates is filled indepepend from the "package/system" they are integrated in later. That is the base of the "update available"- check.

But clicking the Update button leads to a online-check focusing your current system. The screenshots suggest that you operate on RM2111P6? Therefore the internal check tables deny the update since the usage is not intended.

Thank You for Your answer. As fare as I understand update system decide that those updates are not suitable for my system.  Hope in the future it will be more cleare message from the system.
