Cannot Install WEB IQ and Ixon Agent with OS 2.6 - ERROR

Hello,

I install the OS 2.6 in my CtrlX Core and now I am facing difficulties in installing WEB IQ 2.15.10 and IXON agent, Could anyone please help?

Hello @Tasty_Tech ,

These apps depend on core20 runtime. You can find this in the system apps of the v1.20 app packet or on the ctrlX Store.

You'll need to install this alongside core22 runtime that is installed with ctrlX OS v2.6. See this thread for similar discussion.
