Hello,
unfortunately I have the same problem. After the switch from a CtrlX3 to a CtrlX7. How exactly can the problem be fixed?

It looks like the Motion HighPrioPrep task got not executed successfully. Is there a reason why the priority is set to such a high level? It is even higher then standard PLC tasks.

You can try to reset the scheduler configuration via the data layer and add Ethercat and PLC-external-event by hand to get a standard setting. (switch system to setup and send {} to "scheduler/admin/cfg/reset-programs")

Afterwards use the create button under save and send { "configurationPath": "", "id": "", "phase": "save" } to permanently store the new configuration.

Also I would recommend to update your system to the latest patch available in the restricted area of the collaboration room.
