Preview different than actual runtime

Hello,

I have built a demo screen and it looks fine on all the different views (Tablet, wide screen, etc.) as well as the Preview, but when I publish it on the Runtime, and open it on a webpage, it looks different, is this a known bug?

I have seen another post with similar issue, but no reply.

I am using WebIQ 2.8.

Hello,
normally the display should be identical, because the preview is an integrated Chromium browser.
However, it could be a cache problem, so that an old version of the HMI app is displayed. To delete the cache in the Chrome browser, proceed as follows:
- Press F12 to open the Developer Console
- Long press on the refresh symbol
- Select the option "Empty cache completely and reload content" in the drop-down menu.
- Close the Developer Console by pressing F12 again

There should be similar functions for other browsers.

maybe more simple:
usually Ctrl + Shift + Del should do the same job ;-). This would not require opening the Developer Console ...

When this was originally posted WebIQ's cache time (i.e. HTTP cache headers, telling the browser for how long to cache it) was 24 hours, but it's been 60 seconds for longer and can be modified in Runtime Manager at any time.
