Layout manager never finish loading

Hello colleagues,

I'm having some problems while loading any project on WebIQ Designer. If I choose to create a new project,  I get stuck on this "Creating app.." dialog.

After restarting the software, I am able to navigate trough the project, but now Layout Manager never loads. What am I missing?

This question is a general WebIQ question as you are not connecting to WebIQ Server on ctrlX, but rather connecting to your local WebIQ Server.

The log file indicates that the WebIQ License Agent is/was not running. You can check the status of the service under "Services" in Windows. 

What happens when you load an existing project like the demo HMI?

The behaviour stays like the second screenshot. I can navigate in the project, but I can't edit anything in Layout Manager.

Also, I can see the service and is running.

Please ensure that you have disabled ALL other local firewalls and anti-virus software to ensure these do not cause any issue.
