HOW SET A SCREEN WITH CTLX CORE DATALAYER VARIABLES?

I am developing a project, in which I need to set different screens by activating different ctrlX CORE variables found in the datalayer.
Using UI-ACTIONS I have managed to establish different screens, but what I need is that they be established with the activation of datalayer variables.
How can I do this?
