Hello,
i've been following this documentation: https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/Store-and-How-to/Using-the-libusb-library-within-a-s...
My question is, for my example I entered my Vendor- and Product Id of my mouse in the code, like it is explained in the documentation. The problem is, if someone else wants to use it on their computer, they have to enter their own mouse Vendor- and Product Id right? I tried to solve it by asking for the input of the user so they can enter their own Id's (line 8-11), does this make sense? As far as I know it's not possible to read the vendor and prodcut ID automatically and also you have to be an admin to access these Id's, therefore this was the solution I thought made sense, so the user has to note the ID's themself.
Another question: Despite the correct input of the Id's, and following the code of the documentation, I get this error everytime, even though the code runs. Anyone knows why? (Attached)
Thank you

Hi,
in the sample you are mentioning, the community member used the pyusb module. If you want to get more information on that you can visit their homepage.
I looked through the tutorial on github and found this section on how to use the "usb.core.find()" method (see here).
Best regards,
Nick
