Creating an instance Error

Hello,

We have a customer that wants to execute a Python script,

The problem comes when he creates an instance, 

It seems that the instance is created but the ctrlX LED turns to red and in the diag of the instance there is this error:

Does anyone know why is this happening?

Hello, 

sorry for the late reply. But I was not able to reproduce your error.

Can you check if you got the python app installed and the corresponding license on the ctrlX CORE? 
Which apps do you have on the system?

Are you still able to run your script file with the instance you created? 

You can also go to the Diagnostics Logbook and search for other error description. For example Filter for the entity "script/instances/Test2".
