App Developer Guideline : "App States" folder

Hi,

from our partner:

I am currently working through the appdevguide.md. This includes the app states folder. We do not currently support a rest api. The app does not need to be put into a test state for testing. How should we proceed here? Should I leave the directory empty?

If the app is not using any REST API. You are no need to have a standard-scenario.json file. You can keep the appstate folder empty.
