CANNOT VIEW DATA IN MEASUREMENT OF OEE.AI

Hi,

I have connected to OEE.Ai by using example node-red include of in GitLab.

At the Node-red:

OEE node has already connected status.

At the OEE's Sensor:

I can view data counting from client side.

how ever, there is no data visualize in Machine/Measurements.

A few questions on this topic.

- How is data from Node-red can push into the tags on OEE? At the moment, I only see data can publish by ID & Token via "OEE.AI cloud connector" node. But, I can't use more than 1 node because of license limited even I installed license for 1 device within 1 year.

- Most of the instruction in OEE for connection are using API. So, in Node-red is there any insruction for quickly connect to cloud or we keep using API.

please share if you may know those things.

Hello,

I can see from your first screenshot that the data being sent is for November 2022, but the chart in your third screenshot is showing February 2023. When sending measurements to oee.ai, please make sure the timestamps are for the desired period and in UTC.

The Node-RED example flow does not explicitly set the timstamp, but uses the current time. Please check that the Bosch CtrlX CORE clock is set up correcty, or set the timestamp in msg.to manually according to the documentation.

The oee.ai Node-RED connector node currently only supports the sending of measurements to oee.ai – other use cases described in the oee.ai API documentation have to be implemented using the standoard MQTT in / MQTT out and HTTP request nodes in Node-RED.

For each oee.ai Conncetor Node used (one "data point" in oee.ai) one license is required. One oee.ai Connector Node can only send measurements to one machine in oee.ai.
