My customer has SafeLogic designer installed and is unable to see on of the network adapter when configuring their connection. Is there something that needs to be enabled to allow for all od the network adapters?

Hello,
there are no known problems regarding adding COM profiles and network adapter.
Please ask the customer, (a) which SafeLogic Designer version is used (b) operating system of the PC (c) maybe a screenshot of the dialogue (d) is this problem new? and did not occure with older Desginer versions or what has changed?

Thanks for the infos so far.
See Designer Software operating instructions, Win 11 is not supported by SafeLogic Designer V1.8.0 (and there are currently no plans for a new release)
But I am not sure if this is the reason for this case here. Another question ...
(e) Is it a specific network adapter, which is not shown? , is IPv6 configured (-> not supported), are there multiple IPv4 addresses on one network adapter configured?

sorry for the late answer, I have asked our supplier (SICK) and it took some time (because of holidays / vacations and so on ...).
There is a known bug also in the Flexi Soft Designer which is very rare (...).
I have a new version of the TcpIpSocketMonitor.exe (1.0.0.3); this tool is installed by the Designer tool and apparently used by the Designer in relation to the IP profiles. There is no guarantee that this new version will fix this problem here above but if your customer would like to try it, then please contact me and I can provide the TcpIpSocketMonitor.exe (1.0.0.3).
