F8320 SMO: Invalid module/firmware combination

Hi Everyone,

I have had to replace the S4 safety card in my Indradrive and receive the error F8320. I have searched through all the documentation I have on how to fix this, but have not been able to find any information that can help me solve this. I have also tried another card but get the same error.

The control card is a: CSB02.1B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-NN-FW

Firmware: FWA-INDRV*-MPB-20V26-D5-1-SRV-NN

Anyone have any suggestions?
