Modbus TCP - How to obtain or add the unit of a value (real-time data) ?!

Hi,

we connected energy measuring devices to the CtrlX-Core via Modbus TCP and also see them in the real-time data, but unfortunately without the corresponding unit (W, Wh, etc.).
Is there a way to transmit these or add them later?

The data is again provided via OPCUA-Server and it would be useful for the recipient to receive the correct unit straight away.

To include units with your energy data from CtrlX-Core via OPC UA, check if you can configure units in the Modbus TCP or OPC UA server settings. You might need to add metadata or adjust settings to ensure units like W or Wh are transmitted with the data. Alternatively, you can append units in the OPC UA server configuration before the data is sent to clients.
