Trial license

Hello,

since RM2207 the pack for trial license includes license for DeviceBridge. ...DBxx100... and ...DBxx200.

However DB app on my CORE does not recognize the fact that licence is available. My version of core 1.14.

Can anybody help? Thanks

which App-Version are you using and did you reboot the control after installing the license file?

I have the same problem as him. I use the App Version 3.2.4 and i have reboot the device several times.

Same combination 1.14 and DeviceBridge 3.2.4.4309 recognizes license on virtual core

Combination with

• core X3,
• RM2207 release (1v16) 
• DeviceBridge in version 3.2.4.4309

Still not recognizing license. (on one hand the App DeviceBridge can not see the license, on the other hand the license is saying there is not installed app)

Please help!

For the information in the license area, there are known issues in version <=1.16. So the shown information could be wrong. Please refer to this topic.
