Installation error to install Bosch Device Bridge version 3.2.9 on ctrlX core X3 with FW 2.4.0

I try tin install Bosch Device Bridge version 3.2.9 on my ctrlX core X3 runnign with firmware version 2.4.0 but during the installation, I always an error : Error when installing app "DeviceBridge": cannot perform the following tasks: - Ensure prerequisites for "ctrlx-bosch-devicebridge" are available (cannot install snap base "core20": Post "https://snapstore.boschrexroth.com/v2/snaps/refresh": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers))

When I try to install it on a ctrlX virtual on same firmware version 2.4.0, I have the same error.

Do you have an idea about this stechnical issue?

Hi @ThibaultM ,

Device Bridge 3.2.9 is dependent on core20 runtime. Since it is not part of the ctrlX OS 2.4.0 distribution, the system is attempting to install it from an online repository. It seems you don't have a proper internet connection in both of the cases you mentioned.

You can install core20 runtime from file as well. It is included in the 1.20 system app packet.
