Hi evan01, looks like your drive is on Sercos. Please check/change it via the display and do a reboot. After that step you are maybe required to scan the Ethercat again to make sure the right device is found.

Hi David08, we have a build in RTC Chip which is buffered by a battery. But currently we have a bug here, if this is solved the time will be buffered also if you switch it off for longer. Regards
