There is a need to connect to the IndraDrive M drive (CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EM-S4-S4-NN-NN-FW) via Ethernet, for this we use IndraWorks 15V20.0, the Ethernet cable is inserted into the HUB of the machine (diagram in the attachment), which is connected to the IndraControl L45. When trying to search for the device by IP (according to the machine diagram, the Bosh IP address is 192.168.1.8), we encounter an error: No parameter communication (parameter SIS and S/IP cannot be established). Please share information on troubleshooting this problem and connecting to the equipment.
