Hello, it looks like, that the server settings are not right and so the server fails to start. If I look to the screenshot I miss some entries for the Security configuration and for the User Token configuration. Did you modified the settings by yourself? If yes, what was your goal? If you want to allow a unsecure connection, it's enough to enable the "NONE" secure endpoint. To communicate with older client's it's sometimes needed to enable "Allows the use of deprecated "Security Poliecs"". But a authentication is always needed.
