Hello Thanks for your reply0 It is noted for the' differences in apps between X3 and X7 I have retried the backup after disabling the influxdb app, but the backup still fails with the following error : Any other apps to disable ? Or is there any way to know which app is blocking the backup ? Best regards, Michael

Hello, I am trying to backup my apps and configuration on an X3 running on version 2.4.0 on an core20 (to restore my configurations on an X7 runing all the latest LTS version) The C3 is in Operating mode, here are my list of apps : Doing the backup from Setup in settings Selected the following options : The backup is failing with the following error : A zip is still generated, but no configuration data inside it : Any idea why the backup is failing ? Thank you for your feedback, I will check out the listed plugins and maybe create a feature request (once I find out how) if the pre-included plugins are not sufficient. Being able to integrate plugins as a user would also allow to update plugins at a faster rate than the official app updates. I am not familiar enough with telegraf yet to judge if this is even technically feasible I will accept your reply as a solution once i have figured out how to create a feature request Thanks again
