Hello! I have an issue with the username and password initially set up on my Ctrlx Core. Someone configured a username and password, but they don't remember that information. Now, I need to use it for a project, and I can't because I need to know those details. Is there any way to recover them? Is there a way to factory reset the Ctrlx Core to allow me to assign a new username and password? No projects have been done before, so it doesn't matter if the data is erased. I already tried with the username and password "boschrexroth," and it didn't work. Attached screenshot.
