Hello I can not load a maschine model in the 3d viewer. I did not had a xml file. Why we need it? Have you some guidlines.... How to do !? this are my files this is what 3d model needs

I've tried to connect my AES-d-bc-ecat EtherCAT Buscoupler which is connected to 8 valves with my ctrlX CORE. The scanning procedure seemed to work all fine. But since i downloaded the bus configuration, all my slaves seem to work allright (OP) except my EtherCAT buscoupler. Im a not able to set a valve. Neither from the PLC, the DataLayer or somewhere else.
