I am trying to assign a variable, in the PLC, to an axis in the 3-D viewer app. The value is intended to be the actual position of a ball on a beam.

I have set up a trend and it is receiving the values. The problem is that the plot is a horizontal line that moves vertically. It seems like it is not storing the previous values. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I tried to access ethercatmaster but it cannot add the parameter due to missing device description. How do I update the description?

I have a demo kit R911398609, with a XMS drive with embedded ctrlX core. How can I access the analog input on the drive from the PLC app? I am going to use the analog input as position feedback for a PID loop. The parameter P-0-0210.0.0 has the value I am trying to use.
