Can you tell us if this problem still persists in version 1.20? As you are using a CODESYS soft stack please also try getting in direct contact with the supplier about this topic.
As there could be some CODESYS proprietary mechanisms be missing in ctrlX PLC Engineering for such sub bus couplers we cannot tell you is it will be really working.
