for me the link is working. I copied it in the browser line.. In the link is not descirbed how to do it because therefore I have to send you the image file and the according manual. This "manual update process" is only necessary for the "old" devices. The devices we currently deliever are able to update themself easily via installed app. Please check: "settings" > "about tablet" > build date If it is ≥ 20221122 you have nothing to do/ you already have RC4. If you do not have this build date and want RC4 please write me an email: greta.bernard@de.bosch.com or contact STS Peter Budsky. We provide you the new firmeware via ad-hock and the manual steps (Chapter 4): for the update you need your Webpanel, a power supply and an empty USB Stick (for the file we provide).

Hi, no its not solved in RC4 yet. But we are currently working on it. There is a workaround, have you tried this one? https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/ctrlX-HMI/Workaround-for-delaying-startup-of-HMI-on-WR-panels/m-p/76055#M236a "starting bugs" was misleading wording. I meant that we eliminated bugs which appread in the first firmeware of our prototype. Just one comment: For all devices with RC1 or RC2, please first update to RC4 and afterwards to RC7 (like written above). We implemented in RC4 the update function. So as soon as you have RC4 all other RCs are posible to update. If you need RC4 --> write an email to greta.bernard@de.bosch.com If you do not know which RC you have: Please check: "settings" > "about tablet" > build date If it is ≥ 20221122 you have nothing to do/ you already have RC4.

We proved and unfortunatley thats a bug. We put in on the list for our next image release for Q3/23. Sorry! And thanks for showing us the issue!
