TWINCAT3(SOE) displays the object dictionary only when it is online, can not display offline,but it can be edited. Do you need any special settings.

I'm sorry, I made a mistake. Core is not currently available as a master site (PN) . If the customer is willing to change the encoder, you can communicate with CORE using an encoder with the EtherCAT protocol.
