Please make a repair installation. Restart your PC after this (!)
Has it been a first installation of IndraWorks or an update installation?
What Windows operating system do you use? - Windows 10 or 11? What language package?
PS The IWS suite version 14.22.1344.0 belongs to MLC/MTX 14V22 P17 - the latest one.
