Parametrization Level Not supported ( A-0-0004 bit 15 ) set to 0 , why ?

What is affecting the status of bit 15 ( Parametrization level not supported)  ? I seems that one of my axis on a machine cannot switch to PM anymore following a power outage.

Could you please tell us which drive you are working with and add a parameter export off all parameter?

System is MPM20V26 with SNC package   , CML75 :  CML75s-MLC-14V22.5885.029

I was able to reproduce the problem with the complete archive that I restored on a another control.

In a second step I cleaned up the Project Data Parameter  PAR\C\000 folder  send again the config and  A-0-0004 bit 15 becam true again it would be nice to know the root cause  since this could happen again.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact explanation for this. From our experience, we are aware of this behavior in rare cases. It was also examined at the time, but no cause could be found. We are also aware of the workaround you found: delete the axis from the project and create it again. With this statement, we would like to close the issue.

Problem is solved with re-sending the config. It seemed that a severe power problem happenned on site too
