Hi JLG_War, as this function is most widely also used with synchronized motion we do not have it yet for ctrlX. At the moment this is planned for end of this year. Regards

Hi aFouraker, did you already install package again? You can get it here and install it via the package manager. https://store.codesys.com/en/codesys-git.html (Click on Versions to get the latest 1.1.0.0, seems the "download" button gives you the older one.

Hi aFouraker, just tested it with version 1.12 via a vpn connection europe <-> australia and back. Ping from my engineering pc to the control was arround 515ms. Worked fine as you can see in the video screenshot, video was not possible to upload. Is it maybe another issue, maybe the vpn connection is interrupted, did you check the logbook?

Seems like quite some libraries are not installed to your system. The libraries come with the normal ctrlX WORKS installation. Try to uninstall and reinstall ctrlX WORKS. You can stay on your version as long as you are higher or same as 1.8. If you have the latest runtime apps with version 1.12, you should also get ctrlX WORKS 1.12.2 in the collaboration room. https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/Store-and-How-to/FAQ-for-ctrlX-WORKS/ba-p/11925

Hi Sepp, are you using the CXA_FILEASYNC library? Version 1.8.0.0 Just test it and it works fine. I used both, the ReadAsync and the GetSize. And also your size is an ULINT and the library gives an UDINT.
