Hello all, I still have the problem, I got another CtrlX X3 from the customer, it was the prototype which our service team has installed at customer site. I just started it up now and it gave PLC license error, even though it was working 2 weeks back at customer. so I set the date and time correct and gave a restart of the CtrlX core. Its still the same problem. Based on the above screenshot, it says to contact support, what is the right thing to do here? should i put the license file back to the core so that its validated?
