data Layer Node (I/O Engineering)

Hello there, 

is it possible to configure a Data Layer node first in PLC Engineering and after that transfer it to the I/O Engineering?

At the moment the PLC can only be consumer of the data on ctrlX Data Layer. So you cannot set up the realtime data offline.
