Safety-Selection and Safety-Status in Axis Profile

Hello,

What parameters are supported to be linked to the "Safety-Selection" and  "Safety-Status" nodes in the Axis Profile?

If they are linked do they have any affect on motion control or are they purely diagnostic?

So I guess you are using a ctrlX OS version 3.x right? As the official application manual is still in preparation that will include needed description.

This is an interfaces to access of the safe motion signals configured in the drive telegram, to react to it from motion side. E.g. automatically care for/check set safe limited speed.

• "safety-selection" needs to be mapped with P-0-3264, "SMO function selection: Control word 1"
• "safety-status" needs to be mapped with P-0-2462 as alisas for P-0-3264.0.1, "SMO function selection: Status word 1"
