Motion/kinematic error

Hello Users,

when i am trying to add axis kinematic in the motion. i am facing problem with below error eventhough i have license for motion app which is ctrlX CORE - Motion Standard License 4 Axes.

Could you give us some more information about your motion configuration?

• How many axes are present in the system?
• Which command is used to create the error?
• If an kinematic should be added, is a license "ctrlX CORE - Motion Cartesian License (add-on); R911400509 - SWL-XC*-MOT-CARTESIAN****-NNNN" available in the system?
