What kind of account we need to use, to log in on on the Grafana URL

We have already installed the license on the Controle X Core

The application is correct installed but we can't create a user name and password.

with influx db we don't have this issue ...

Hi, 

for the V1.20 the login should work with your user on the ctrlX CORE (default: "boschrexroth:boschrexroth"). Which version of the IoT Dashboard App ("Grafana App") do you use? 

And which version are the System Apps on the ctrlX CORE? The V1.20 IoT Dashboard App has the requirement to have V1.20 System Apps.
