No selection when trying to insert a PDO Content

When i was trying to insert a PDO Content, there is no selection for me in the "Select Item from Object Directory" window. If I config the PDO follow the parameter setting, it is still work but it is quite inconvenient. 

By the way, my I/O Engineering Version is: 1.16.0

Another solution might be the Drive's firmware needs to be updated. The drive I am currently using is borrowed and the owner do not want to to update it, so I can't prove. Try to update the latest firmware might help if you have similar issue.
