Dear all,
I am trying to configure a Murr elektronik Impact67 (54632) to work with the ctrlX core.
I have succesfully loaded the ESI file and setup the EoE. The ethercat communication works as far as I can see. I can reach the webserver without any problems. The problem that I have is that the IO-link master stays in the PRE-OP state.
Our local Murr tech support thought it had something to do with the settings of the ports. The state will not change to OP if there are connectivity issues with th IO link device. I tried changing them to Digital output/input, but this does not make any difference unfortunately.
When opening the diagnostics of the ethercatmaster the following error is shown:
Is there anybody who has an idea what is the issue? On the forum I found a similiar post.
Thank you in advance!

Could you please add the device description file here so we can have a look to it?

Hello,
can you please activate this, a EtherCAT config download is needed to apply this and check Diagnostics again, to see if there is a parameter error.

We know from other EC devices, that "Clear Slot" will not work, some EC devices have problems with that.
In the other screenshot I saw you configured Digital Output.
And with diagnosis of the IP command, may there is an issue with EoE in the Murr device, please disable it
Is it possible to set Digital Input or IO-Link to each port, activate and download this config.
Check if this work or the diagnosis changes.
If issue still present, PowerCycle the MURR EC Device and try to switch the EC phase.
Share the new diagnosis if still present.

Hello,
I now changed the ports to a digital input and downloaded it to the device, then I did a power cycle.
And I have disabled EoE.
Unfortunately, the device still does not work.
I have the same errorcode as before:
Thanks again!

Hello All,
With the help of @cc2go the problem has been solved.
It turns out that the setting AoE needs to be disabled in order to use this device.
