Connecting Aventics Valvesystem to ctrlX CORE

I've tried to connect my AES-d-bc-ecat EtherCAT Buscoupler which is connected to 8 valves with my ctrlX CORE. The scanning procedure seemed to work all fine. But since i downloaded the bus configuration, all my slaves seem to work allright (OP) except my EtherCAT buscoupler. Im a not able to set a valve. Neither from the PLC, the DataLayer or somewhere else.

can you please check with ctrlX IO Engineering, when Online the Diagnosis Tab of the EC Device AES-d-bc-ecat if you get more details. Do you tried to add manual?
With the diagnosis codes of the AES-d-bc-ecat you should ask the manufacture of the EC device, because the diagnosis seems a configuration issue of the device
