ctrlX HMI Ethernet port data missing

Sometimes at startup the ctrlX HMI dissapears the Ethernet port information.

It is need to configurate again.

Why is this happening?

Hardware: WR2107.1-111-AA-000-NN-A1-NN

OK, I've also seen that in two ways: 1) the ethernet-config wasn't taken over or 2) the ethernet-config was taken over, but not displayed afterwards.
