in case of IT main is it possible to use XE20 instead of installing an isolation transformer ?
what shoud be done ?

No, XE20 is only used in some cases to change the EMC behavior for the leakage currents.
For IT mains an isolating transformer is a pre-requisite highly recommended.

@Drives_Uwe This post mentions from @FrankX that the XE20 is for IT grid. This XE20 will not help us if a customer is wanting to use a High Impedance mains like they use in the Process Industries correct.
You are talking about the XE20 connector?
This plug is used to disconnect the drive internal suppressor capacitors (Y-capacitors) between the DC-link and ground. When connecting the ctrlX DRIVE to an IT network or at a IndraDrive ML system, the suppressor capacitors (Y-capacitors) must be removed. Further information will follow.
