Bus is not running

Hello,

if I connect my ctrlX Drive with the EtherCAT Master I get the problem 'Bus is not running'. Any ideas for a solution?

There are quite less information included in your post:

• What is the version of your drive and control firmware?
• Is a drive integrated ctrlX CORE or a standalone?
• Did you try to click on OP?
• What errors are in the diagnostic log?
• Did you already configure an axis profile?

You could add a system report of your ctrlX CORE, there many information are already included.
