core keeps crashing

Since today we have the problem that I can no longer access the core. The PLC program runs but crashes regularly, I cannot reach the core with my PC to see the error message, neither via ipv4 nor ipv6.how can I solve the problem ?

small update, i can connect to the core again, the problem was that my interface drivers said goodbye.

now I can also see the error messages. Can anyone tell me anything about this or have you had this problem yourself?

The error points to that you probably loaded an configuration of another ctrlX CORE to this one but not all apps are installed that are expected from our scheduler.

Please check the scheduler page and send us a system report, so we can have a look to your system and settings.

But I'm also concerned with the plc messages, what do they mean for me

You could send the system report without the app data then it should be small enough. Otherwise we could open an adhoc data exchange.

Is this still an issue or can the topic be closed?
